- 3/4 c. celery
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix well.

2If too dry, add a little water.

3Spray crock-pot with Pam.

4Place filling in pot and cook on high until pot feels very warm to touch.

5Turn on low for remainder of cooking time (approximately 3 hours total cooking time).

6Stir once during cooking.
