  • 4 to 6 boned grouse breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onions

Directions

    Wash grouse and pat dry. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in crock-pot and sprinkle with dry salad mix. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
