Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4-6 small potatoes peeled and diced (can also use 1 package cubed frozen hashbrowns)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 pint Half & Half
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 TB melted butter
  • 1 bunch green onions thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup -optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

    Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in a crock pot and stir until combined. Cook on low for 6 hours. Before serving mix in cheese. Enjoy!
