- 6 to 8 lb. spareribs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Broil ribs on both sides to remove excess fat.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Place ribs and onions in crock-pot.

4Mix all other ingredients together and glaze ribs.

5Cook at 200° for 8 hours.
