- 1 small turkey breast (frozen or thawed)
- 1 c. water
- seasoning to taste
Directions

1Place turkey breast in crock-pot.

2Add 1 cup water.

3Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

4Cook 12 hours on low setting. Meat will fall easily from bone.

5Place meat on platter.

6Strain broth and serve over rice.
