  • Fresh Chicken wings enough to fill your crock pot. I have a 6qt and can fit about 3 pounds of wings in it. Frozen wings work but you need to thaw them
  • equal parts of
  • (For 3# of wings I use 4Tbl)
  • Chili Powder
  • Garlic Salt
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Red Pepper flakes
  • Corn Starch
  • Emeril's Blend Cajun Seasoning
  • Blend with equal parts 1/2 of above spices(for 3# wings I use 2 Tbl)
  • Curry Powder
  • Hot Salt or (Salt and ground Chipotle Pepper at 2 - 1)
  • Dried Orange Peel
  • 1 large Seal able bag
