Ingredients
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- tomato wedges
- hot pepper
- cucumbers
- broccoli
- summer squash
- 3 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. oil
- onion rings
- sweet pepper
- cauliflower
- zucchini
- 2 pkg. colored spiral pasta
Directions

1Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and celery seed.

2Refrigerate. Cut peppers into small pieces.

3Slice cucumbers, squash and zucchini in thin slices.

4Pull cauliflowerets off in bite size pieces.

5Pull flowerets from broccoli.

6Mix all vegetables. Marinate overnight in the vinegar mixture.

7Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Drain and cool.

8Mix in with veggies and serve.
