Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • tomato wedges
  • hot pepper
  • cucumbers
  • broccoli
  • summer squash
  • 3 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • onion rings
  • sweet pepper
  • cauliflower
  • zucchini
  • 2 pkg. colored spiral pasta

Directions

    Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and celery seed.

    Refrigerate. Cut peppers into small pieces.

    Slice cucumbers, squash and zucchini in thin slices.

    Pull cauliflowerets off in bite size pieces.

    Pull flowerets from broccoli.

    Mix all vegetables. Marinate overnight in the vinegar mixture.

    Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Drain and cool.

    Mix in with veggies and serve.
