- 2 lb Grd beef
- 3/4 cup Cooked rice
- 1 Lge egg
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 can 14oz - tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions

1Remove leaves from head of cabbage gently, trying to keep them whole

2Scald these in boiling salt water, just long enough to wilt,

3Set these on paper towels to cool .

4In lge bowl prepare meat mixture: meat, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper, mix well

5Place about 1/4 cup meat mixture in center of each leaf, fold over sides and roll ends over meat, secure with wooden toothpicks

6Place in crockpot

7Combine tomato soup, tomatoes, cinnamon, salt and pepper, pour over cabbage rolls.

8Cover and cook on low 7-9 hrs

9You can toss in any excess cabbage too
