Crockpot Corn Pudding

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cups Milk
  • 6 Tablespoons Melted Margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 2 packages (8.5 Oz. Size) Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 cans 16 Oz Size, Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 2 cans 16 Oz Size Creamed Corn

Directions

    In a large bowl mix to combine the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add sour cream, milk and melted margarine and mix. Add nutmeg and mix. Add muffin mix and mix. Stir in the cans of corn.

    Place in a greased 6-quart crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
