Crockpot Philly Cheesesteak

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds round steak sliced
  • 4 onions sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 8 crusty Italian rolls
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese cut in half
  • salt

Directions

    Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic pepper blend, salt and pepper into crockpot. Stir to mix.

    Stir together water and bouillon in small bowl; pour into crockpot.

    Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.

    Remove meat, onions and bell peppers from the crockpot.

    Put cheese into bowl and melt in microwave for about 30 seconds or until slightly melted.

    Pile onto the rolls and top the beef with cheese.
