Ingredients
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- marjarom
- 1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms
- 6-1/2 cup bread cubes, dry
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Water, as needed
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in margarine until tender, approximately 7 minutes.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Add egg last.

4Pour mixture into Crockpot, cover, cook on high 45 minutes.

5Turn heat to low for 5 to 8 hours.

6Determine if you should use full amount of liquid by the moistness of the cubes.
