    Cut bread lengthwise in to quarters. the cut crosswise into cubes 3/4 inch wide. Toss in oil and put on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes tossing a few time to brown evenly. Just before croutons are done, turn oven off and let sit for 15 minutes before removing,
