  • 1 thin sliced French baguette
  • 13 cup butter
  • 13 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • granulated garlic

Directions

    Coat one side of croutons with EVOO and butter mixture.

    Place wet side up in sheet pan.
  3. 3
    Roast in 300' oven for 10 minutes, turn and roast 5 minutes more.

    Remove from oven turn over and garlic sprinkle to taste.

    Cool bag and freeze till needed.
