- granulated garlic
Directions

1Coat one side of croutons with EVOO and butter mixture.

2Place wet side up in sheet pan.

3Roast in 300' oven for 10 minutes, turn and roast 5 minutes more.

4Remove from oven turn over and garlic sprinkle to taste.

5Cool bag and freeze till needed.
