  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper. Brush potatoes with butter. Roll in crumb mixture until coated. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender. Makes 6 servings.
