  • 3/4 to 1 lb. haddock fillets
  • lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
  • crumbled Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Arrange fish in a buttered pan.

    Sprinkle lemon juice on top. Mix butter with enough cracker crumbs so crumbs are moist and will stick together.

    Spread crumbs generously over fish.
