- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
- whipped cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spread cereal and coconut in ungreased pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).

3Mix brown sugar and margarine; pour over cereal and coconut.

4Bake until bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

5Break into pieces.

6Prepare instant pudding (pistachio or vanilla flavors are recommended).
