- 2 qt. popped popcorn
- 1/2 c. peanuts
Directions

1Melt caramels with water in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.

2Pour over combined popped popcorn and peanuts; toss until well coated.

3Spread onto greased cookie sheet.
