  • 3 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 cans asparagus, drained
  • 1 c. wheat wafers, crumbled
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Layer cooked chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Mix soups (undiluted) with mayonnaise, water chestnuts and pepper.

    Layer over chicken.

    Layer asparagus on top.

    Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.

    Bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes and, uncovered, for 15 more minutes.
