  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup packed chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups skinned, boned, shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw mix
  • 4 white pita pocket halves
  • 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, cut in half

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, cider vinegar, sugar and pepper in bowl.

    Add chicken and broccoli slaw mix; mix well.

    Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors.

    Place pita pocket halves onto microwave-safe plate just before serving.
