Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. peach jello
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
  • 9 c. boiling water
  • 2 large cans pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. ReaLemon juice

Directions

    Boil jello and sugar together until clear.

    You may use any flavor jello that you like, add the juices to the jello and sugar. Mix well and freeze.

    Remove from freezer, let stand at room temperature until crunchy.

    Add 1 to 2 quarts of ginger ale just before serving.

    You can prepare this ahead of time and you don't have to bother with ice.

    Serves 35 to 40.
