- 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 c. white wine
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Spray Pam into baking dish.

3Mix together mustard, wine and tarragon.

4Spread over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
