- 12 eggs
- 6 c. sugar
- 6 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 lb. margarine, melted
- 6 c. coconut
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla (optional)
Directions

1Whip eggs; mix together sugar and flour.

2Then add milk, coconut and butter.

3Add 2 tablespoons vanilla if desired.

4If no crust is used, grease 6 to 7 pie plates well.

5Pour mix into crusts or plates.

6Bake at 325° for approximately 45 minutes. Monitor temperature so crust will not brown before filling begins to set and brown.

7Yields 8 pies in crust or 6 to 7 without crust.
