- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming butter and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat mixture well.

3Add milk, coconut and flavoring.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
