- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 (12 oz.) container fresh oysters, drained
- 1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine egg and water.

2Dip oysters in egg mixture and roll each in cracker crumbs.

3Fry in hot oil at 375° for about 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel.
