  • 6 to 8 pcs cube steak
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 med. onion, sliced into rings
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Salt

Directions

    Salt, pepper and flour cube steak.

    Brown both sides steak in small amount of oil.

    Remove steak from pan and place in a shallow casserole dish.

    Add in mushroom soup and water to steak drippings.

    Place onion rings over steak, then pour gravy over steak.

    Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
