Ingredients: 1 ounce gekkeikan sake, a good quality sake; 1 ounce Absolut vodka; 14 cucumber, chopped (I prefer long English); 3 lime wedges; 3 lemon wedges; 2 tablespoons sugar; club soda; cucumber, sliced

I use the handle end of a utensil (spatula for example) and crush the ingredients.

The handles are plastic and rounded.

You don't have to go crazy in the glass, just bring out the flavours.

Place sake, vodka.

cucumber, sugar, lime wedges and lemon wedges in highball glass and muddle.

Add crushed ice and top with soda.

Stir.

Garnish with slices of cucumber.
