  • 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced (1 c.)
  • 1/4 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    In blender combine cottage cheese and mayonnaise; puree until smooth.

    In medium bowl combine cottage cheese mixture, cucumber, yogurt, onion and dill weed until well blended.
