  • 4 c. cucumber pulp
  • 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    To cucumber pulp, add cream, flour, butter and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Batter will be very thick.

    Drop by spoonfuls into hot 375° vegetable oil.

    Fry until crisp and brown. Drain on brown paper.
