- 4 c. cucumber pulp
- 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1To cucumber pulp, add cream, flour, butter and eggs.

2Mix well.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Batter will be very thick.

5Drop by spoonfuls into hot 375° vegetable oil.

6Fry until crisp and brown. Drain on brown paper.
