Cucumber Lemonade

   Note: See my blog for a recipe for cucumber-infused vodka.

   Place at least one slice of cucumber in a mortar and pestle and muddle. Put into the bottom of a pint glass. Place another slice of cucumber on the rim of the glass as garnish.

   Put ice over top of muddled cucumber. Add 2 shots (2 ounces) of cucumber-infused vodka.

   Add lemonade (I used Minute Maid) and stir.
