  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. snipped parsley
  • 1/4 c. snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 med. cucumbers, pared, peeled and coarsely shredded

    Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
