- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cumin seed, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 4 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.

3In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.

4Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; stir until batter is moist.

5Pour batter into 3 greased 3 x 5 1/2-inch loaf pans.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cool in pans 10 minutes.

8Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.

9Store in airtight container.
