Cuoton Crusted Oven Fried Fish

  • 2 cups croutons, seasoned
  • 8 frozen white fish fillets, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cooking spray

Directions

    Heat oven to 450F Spray a large foil lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.

    Place seasoned cruotons in a processor or blender and process for 15 sec or until it resembles coarse crumbles.

    Set crumbs aside.

    Place fillets on prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

    Evenly brush the tops of the fillets with sour cream.

    Press the seasoned cruoton crumbs over each fillet.

    Sprinkle the coated fillets with chopped cilantro.

    Bake on center oven rack for 15 mins or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
