- 80 grams Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 120 grams White flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 dash Vanilla extract (optional)
Directions

1Bring the butter to room temperature and mix it together with the sugar in a bowl.

2Add the beaten egg and mix.

3If adding vanilla extract, do so here and mix in.

4Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.

5You can add the flour without sifting, just mix it into the bowl with a whisk.

6Pour into small paper cups (80% of the way), and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C. Check on them after 15 minutes and adjust the oven temperature accordingly.
