  • 80 grams Butter
  • 80 grams Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 120 grams White flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 dash Vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

    Bring the butter to room temperature and mix it together with the sugar in a bowl.

    Add the beaten egg and mix.

    If adding vanilla extract, do so here and mix in.

    Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.

    You can add the flour without sifting, just mix it into the bowl with a whisk.

    Pour into small paper cups (80% of the way), and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C. Check on them after 15 minutes and adjust the oven temperature accordingly.
