- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup cherry pie filling

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 12 paper-lined medium muffin cups.

3Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition.

5Spoon evenly into prepared muffins cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.

6Bake 30 min.

7Turn off oven; open oven door slightly.

8Let stand in oven 30 min.

9Remove from oven; cool completely.

10Top with pie filling.

11Refrigerate t least 1 hour before serving.

12Store leftover cheesecakes in refrigerator.
