Cured Ham and Figs

  • 2 Figs
  • 8 slice Cured ham
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 Coarse salt
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    Peel your figs and quarter vertically.

    Wrap slices of cured ham round the figs from Step 1.

    Lay out the wrapped figs on a platter and position dollops of cream cheese in between.

    Drizzle on olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Serve.
