  • 1 can peach halves
  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 can pear halves
  • 1 can apricot halves
  • some maraschino cherries with stems
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Thoroughly drain fruit and arrange in an 8 x 11 1/2-inch (2-quart) casserole.

    Melt butter and mix with sugar and curry. Pour over fruit and bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.
