Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken breasts (2 whole with bone in)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small tart apple, peeled, and cored and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
- 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated skimmed milk
- 2 Tbsp. golden raisins
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt to taste
Directions

1Bone chicken and discard skin.

2Cut each half breast into 10 - 12 strips.

3Saute chicken strips in the butter in nonstick coated skillet, stirring until opaque.

4Add onion and apple and cook a few minutes.

5Stir in flour and seasonings.

6Add bouillon and cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.

7Add milk, raisins, lemon juice, and salt.

8Mix well and heat thoroughly.

9Serve with Rice. Serves 8.
