  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar (light)
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 (No. 2) can peach slices
  • 1 (No. 2) can pear slices
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar sliced apple rings
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Combine margarine, sugar and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Drain fruit; arrange in 2-quart baking dish. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Garnish with cherries. Bake at 325° until it bubbles, 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
