- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 can pear halves
- 1 can peaches
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 10 to 12 maraschino cherries
Directions

1Cream together butter, brown sugar and curry powder.

2Drain fruit well and put in a 2-quart baking dish.

3Cover with sugar mixture.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5Cool and refrigerate.

6Reheat and serve.

7May use any fruit except fruit cocktail.
