- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. brown ginger
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Drain fruit and combine.

2Mix brown sugar, ginger, curry powder and margarine.

3Pour over fruit.

4Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
