- 2 cans fruit for salad or chunky mixed fruit
- 4 bananas, cut in large slices
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Drain fruit.

2Combine sugar, cornstarch and curry.

3Add melted butter to fruit.

4Add sugar mixture to fruit.

5Pour into 8-inch square baking dish.

6Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
