- 1 can pears
- 1 can peaches
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 can apricots
- 18 to 20 prunes
- 10 to 12 cherries
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Directions

1Drain fruit well and arrange in casserole.

2Mix curry powder, sugar and butter.

3Spoon over fruit.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5(I use large cans of fruit.

6Also, it is better to heat the butter, sugar and curry mixture so as to spread it easier.)
