  • 3 cans fruit (peach halves, pear halves, apricot halves, pineapple slices and dark pitted cherries)
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 4 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Saute curry powder in butter.

    Add sugar.

    Arrange fruit in baking dish in layers, placing some sugar mixture between each layer.

    Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven.

    Baste with mixture and bake 15 minutes longer.
