- 3 cans fruit (peach halves, pear halves, apricot halves, pineapple slices and dark pitted cherries)
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. butter
- 4 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Saute curry powder in butter.

2Add sugar.

3Arrange fruit in baking dish in layers, placing some sugar mixture between each layer.

4Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven.

5Baste with mixture and bake 15 minutes longer.
