Curried Fruit Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 5 maraschino cherries
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Place pears, peaches, pineapple and cherries in casserole. In small saucepan, melt butter.

    Add sugar and curry powder. Spread over top of fruit.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour. Serve hot.

    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
