- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. pecan halves
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1In a heavy 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stir together oil, salt and garlic powder.

2Add pecans.

3Cook and stir constantly for 8 to 10 minutes, or until toasted.

4Remove from heat.

5Sprinkle curry over pecans and stir to mix well.

6Serve at room temperature.

7Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
