Curried Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Flora Cuisine or 15g Flora Buttery
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons Madras curry powder
  • 1/2 Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
  • 7/8 pound tiger prawns ready to eat
  • 1 pak choi small, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Elmlea Whipping
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 teaspoon marsala garam
  • 1 handful coriander fresh chopped

Directions

    Heat the Flora in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and gently fry the onion and garlic until softened.

    Add the curry powder and fry for 1 minute.

    Dissolve the Knorr stock in 400ml of boiling water and add to the pan.

    Add the prawns and pak choi, and heat thoroughly.

    Stir in the Elmlea Whipping, mango chutney and garam marsala, and heat through.

    Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and naan bread.
