- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of curry powder
- dash of salt and pepper
- 12 oz. scrod fillets, 3/4-inch thick
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.

2Place scrod in small casserole.

3Pour mustard mixture over fish.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Broil for 2 minutes.

6Garnish with parsley.
