- 2 lb. chicken wings or legs
- 1 pkg. carrots, diced
- 2 lb. potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- curry powder
- 2 pods garlic, diced
- salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Saute chicken in 4 tablespoons of oil with onion and garlic. Sprinkle curry powder on chicken and add 4 cups water, salt, pepper and soy sauce; bring to a boil.

2Add diced carrots and potatoes.

3Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

4Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water, then to chicken and thicken.

5Serves 8 to 10.
