- 2 tsp ground turmeric

- 1 cup onion(s) -2 medium white or yellow onions
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 1/2 lb uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cup water (can be adjusted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fat-free half and half
