- 1 onion
- 1 inch ginger peeled
- 4 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 Scotch Bonnet or Habanero Pepper
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 12 Chicken Drumsticks
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

1Chop the ends of the drumstick (optional)

2In a food processor combine olive oil, onion rough chopped, habanero or scotch bonnet pepper, fresh cilantro, curry powder, garlic cloves, peeled ginger.

3Pour curry marinade over chicken and massage so every piece gets flavor.

4Let sit in fridge for about an hour.

5In a nice size pan or pot.

6Pour 2 tbsp olive oil and sear the chicken til brown on all sides.

7Add fresh chopped cilantro and water.

8Let simmer for 45 mins.

9If sauce gets dry add a little more water.
